The PATHseq® Unknown Human Pathogen Detection Kit for Illumina® Sequencing is used to detect any and all human pathogen(s) in blood. The kit uses total RNAs (>200 bp) extracted from human serum. This kit contains all necessary enzymes and buffers that are ideally suited for sequencing library preparation for Illumina next-generation sequencer.
- Simultaneously detect all known and unknown human pathogen(s) in human blood.
